Bean Salad

Bean salad is super quick to make and is fresh and tasty. Take along for a picnic or serve with a light supper.

Enjoy!

Bring to boil 1 1/2 cups vinegar, 1/2 cup water. 1 tsp salt and 2 cups white sugar.  Let cool.  Drain the following:

1 can yellow beans

bean salad

1 can chick peas

1 can kidney beans

1 can Lima beans

Mix together and add:

3 stocks green celery (chopped)

1 red pepper (chopped)

2 onions (sliced)

1 cup yellow beans (chopped)

Mix with liquid and let stand for 24 hours in refrigerator before serving.
