Crunchy Nut Cookies

Spices blend with crunchy nuts for one delicious bite.  Walnuts and pecans are used in this recipe but any nut can be substituted in.

1 cup melted butter

These cookies are made with walnuts and pecans.

3/4 cup icing sugar

2 tbsp cream

1 1/2 tsp vanilla

2 cups flour

1 tsp salt

1 cup rolled oats

1/4 cup chopped walnuts

1/4 cup pecan pieces

1 tsp allspice

1 tsp cinnamon

Mix wet ingredients together.  In a separate bowl mix flour, salt, oats, nuts, and spices.  Add wet ingredients to dry.

Drop by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet.  Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
