Soft and crunchy these cookies are a sweet treat. They are a favorite on my family’s cookie platters and disappear quickly.
2 egg whites beaten to soft peak stage
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup coconut
2 cups corn cereal
Beat egg whites and fold in sugar. Fold in coconut and corn cereal.
Drop by mounds onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 – 16 minutes or until the egg whites are dry.
