Frosty strawberry dessert is a light dessert that is filled with strawberry flavor. It’s great on hot summer days and the recipe is sure to please all members of the family.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup sifted flour

1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup melted butter
Stir ingredients together and bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes stirring occasionally to make crumble. Make sure the pan is shallow. Remove from oven and sprinkle in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Set aside.
2 egg whites
1 cup sugar
2 cups sliced strawberries
2 tbsp lemon juice
DIRECTIONS
Combine ingredients in a large bowl and beat at high speed until stiff peaks appear. This will take about 10 minutes.
1 cup whipped whipping cream.
Fold in whipped cream to egg white mixture. Spoon over crumbs. Freeze for 6 hours and cut into squares. Trim with strawberries.
