I like to put a mixed fruit cobbler recipe together when peaches are in season. If I can’t find a particular type of berry when the peaches are ready, I simply substitute strawberries or blackberries.
The fruit comes out of the oven piping hot so make sure you let the dessert rest five minutes before you serve it.
Ingredients
2 cups peaches, peeled and sliced

2 cups blueberries
1 cup cranberries
1 cup raspberries
1/2 cup sugar
3 tbsp flour
Topping
1 1/2 cups flour
1/3 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1/2 cup almond milk
Combine fruit, sugar and flour in a large baking dish mixing thoroughly.
Combine topping ingredients until a thick batter is formed. Drop spoonfuls onto fruit leaving space between the drops of batter.
bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
Try Peach Cobbler.
Tasty!
