Apricot Freezer Cookies

This recipe takes more time than some of the other cookie recipes but the cookies are delicious and the swirl is attractive on any plate.

Bake up an extra batch and freeze for days when you crave a sweet treat.


4 2/3 cups flour

Try replacing apricot jam with peach jam.
