This is a quick and easy way to make pizza when you don’t have time to make pizza dough. Plate and serve the pizza with a knife and fork. It’s the perfect meal for a busy week day.
2 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup olive oil
3/4 cup milk
1 green pepper
Mix flour, baking powder, salt, olive oil and milk thoroughly. Remove from bowl and spread on a cookie sheet or pizza pan thinly. Cover dough with pizza sauce. Add mushrooms, onions, sun-dried tomatoes and other toppings you like. Finish with dollops of herb cheese and goat cheese.
Bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 12- 14 minutes
