Peanut Butter Muffins

These muffins are great for a snack when the kids get home from school.    Bake up a double batch as they’re sure to disappear fast.

Ingredients

1 cup flour

1 cup oat bran

2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp baking soda

1 tsp salt

1/3 cup brown sugar

Fruit Cobbler

This cobbler is made from peaches and plums.  It’s a wonderful ending to a light meal.

Ingredients

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

Plums can be used in place of the peaches.

5 tsp corn starch

4 cups sliced peaches

Creamy Macaroni and Cheese

This recipe uses condensed mushroom soup to enhance the flavor of the cheese mixture.  Once you’ve tasted this recipe you’ll return to it again and again.
