Scones have been a tea time treat for many years. This pineapple scone gives a nice bite to the traditional pastry. Sweet and delicious it scone will become one of your favourite bites.
Ingredients
2 1/4 cups flour

1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup cornmeal
1 cup sliced candied pineapple
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 beaten egg
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogourt
DIRECTIONS
Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Blend wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
Mix dry ingredients into wet.
Form dough into 2 inch disks and place on a lined baking sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes.
