1 cup flourCornmealCookies

2/3 cup yellow cornmeal

1 tsp salt

3/4 cup melted butter

1 tsp vanilla

3/4 cup icing sugar

Mix dry ingredients.  Combine wet ingredients.  Fold wet ingredients into dry.  Roll ingredients into a log in parchment paper and chill for an hour.  Remove from fridge and slice wedges from log.  Cook on ungreased cookie sheet for 25 minutes at 325 degrees Fahrenheit
