1 can cooked kidney beans – drained and washed

2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tsp mustard
2 tsp chili sauce
1 cup bread crumbs
lime juice (a dash)
salt and pepper to taste
Mash beans and fold in all ingredients. If the mixture is too wet add in extra bread crumbs. Let sit for 20 minutes. Shape into patties.
In an oven safe pan heat olive oil. When hot add the patties to the pan and cook until browned on each side. Place pan in a 375 degree Fahrenheit oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until patties are cooked
