Rosemary sunflower tea biscuits and great for a tea or lunch breaks. They’re savoury and crunchy and go well with goat or mozzarella cheese. Try with your favourite soup or chili.

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups flour

3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon pepper
1/2 cup chopped rosemary
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
6 tbsp sunflower oil
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogourt
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
Mix oil, milk and yogourt together.
Combine
flour, soda, powder, salt, pepper and rosemary in a bowl. Mix in seeds and cheddar just to coat.
Add dry ingredients into wet and mix until just incorporated.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degree Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
