Bread Pudding

1 1/2 cups brown sugarBead Pudding

1/4 butter

3 eggs

1 tbsp vanilla

2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp ginger

2 1/2 cups almond milk

slices of raisin bread

Beat sugar and butter until frothy.  Add eggs until mixed.  Add vanilla, spices and milk.  Stir until incorporated.  Mix in bread until bread sops up liquid.

Place in greased pan and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until egg is cooked.
