Strawberry Chutney


2 tsp maple syrupStrawberry Chutney

2 1/2 cups sliced strawberries

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

3 chopped green onions

Cook maple syrup and strawberries until berries are soft.  Stir in vinegar and cook until sauce thickens.  Remove from burner and mix in green onions.  Serve cold.
