We all love smoothies in the morning. This version of a smoothie very thick and is closer to a shake. The coconut yogurt and fruit inside are a delicious combination.
Ingredients
2 cups unsweetened vanilla coconut yogurt
1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup Stevia
1/4 cup flax meal
1/8 cup chia seeds
Mix in blender until smooth. Mixture should be very thick. It can be made thinner by adding 1/2 cup almond milk
