Ingredients
1 beaten egg
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup safflower oil
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 cup chopped walnuts
DIRECTIONS
Add mixed dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix just until blended. Spoon into an oiled pan using a spatula to even out mixture. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
