Dill Relish

Dill relish is great on veggie burgers. It’s sweet and tart at the same time. Enjoy when the vegetables are in season for the best results.

INGREDIENTS

1 apple

1 medium dill pickle

1/4 medium red onion

1/4 cup vinegar

1 tsp salt

2 tbsp sugar

1/4 tsp black pepper

DIRECTIONS

Pulse pickle, onion and apple in a food processor until coarsely chopped.  Turn into a bowl and mix in salt, sugar and black pepper.  Refrigerate until ready to use.
