Blueberry lemonade is a refreshing treat on those scorching summer days. The recipe can be made with fresh or frozen fruit as desired. Serve with Kidney Bean Burgers for a barbecue treat.
3 cups blueberries
1 cup water
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup stevia
water to make 4 cups
Place blueberries and first amount of water in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave until berries begin to burst. Transfer to a jug and add lemon juice and stevia. To liquid add enough water to make 4 cups.
Chill overnight for best results.
