Blueberry Crisp

Blueberry crisp


Blueberry crisp is sweet and warm and is great on a rainy day. Use wild blueberries to amp up the taste or serve with vanilla frozen yogurt.


6 cups fresh blueberries

1 tbsp flour

1 tbsp brown sugar

1 cup oats

1/4 cup almond slices

1/2 cup flour

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup vegetable oil

Mix blueberries and first amounts of flour and brown sugar.  Place in an oven proof pan.

Mix remaining ingredients together until crumbly. Crumble on top of blueberry mixture.

Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes.
