Peach Jam

Peach jam is wonderful on toast or with peanut butter for a quick lunch.  This recipe can be made from frozen peaches.

Ingredientspeach jam

2 lbs of peaches – peeled, cored and sliced

2 cups sugar

1/4 cup lemon juice

1 tsp ginger

Heat ingredients in a pan on the stove until you reach a rolling boil. Reduce heat and simmer until mixture thickens.

Store in refrigerator for up to a week.
