Dried blueberries are an unexpected treat in Blueberry Vanilla Cookies. They’re sweet and crunchy and great with iced tea.
2 2/3 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup melted butter
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups dried blueberries
Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together until well incorporated. Fold in blueberries.
Melt butter. Add sugar, eggs and vanilla to the butter.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
Chill over night.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 to 12 minutes.
