The dinner rolls in this recipe are made in the bread machine. They come out fluffy, light and sweet.
1 1/3 cups almond milk
1 1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp butter or vegan margarine
3 1/4 cups flour
1 1/4 tsp bread machine yeast
Measure ingredients one at a time into the bread machine pan and turn on dough cycle.
When the cycle is done remove the dough to a floured cutting board and cover with a bowl. Allow to rise for 15 minutes.
Take dough and cut into 12 pieces. Shape into ovals or circles. Put in a greased pan and allow to rise for 45 minutes.
Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 to 20 minutes or until the rolls sound hollow when tapped on the bottom.
