Combine flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, cream of tartar and salt in a large bowl. Mix until thoroughly incorporated.
Melt vegan margarine and mix with vegan egg and almond milk.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well.
Knead until all the flour is incorporated.
Pull off a large piece of the dough and flatten to make a disk. Set aside. Repeat with the remaining dough.
Freeze on a cookie sheet. After an hour transfer to a bag and put back into the freezer for later.
When you are ready to cook place the disks on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 – 15 minutes or until golden brown.
