Christmas candy cookies are simple to make and delicious. You can use most forms of Christmas candy in the batter or for a change use glazed fruits, dried cranberries or maraschino cherries. Enjoy with a hot cup of cocoa or mulled cider.

Line a cookie tray with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
Use a small teaspoon or a cookie scoop to drop dollops of batter onto the cookie tray.
