Christmas Fudge is rich and creamy and a delectable treat. It’s easy to make and the spicy flavour can be adjusted to your taste buds. For a different seasonal flair try pumpkin pie spice instead of cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and ginger.
INGREDIENTS

2 cups chocolate chips
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 tin sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup butter
2 tsp vanilla
3 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves
DIRECTIONS
Place chips, milk and butter in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 1 minute increments until mixture is smooth. This should take 2 – 3 minutes. Be careful you do not overheat as it will scorch the chocolate.
Add vanilla and spice. Mix well.
Fill silicone molds or a cookie sheet lined with a silicone mat. Add sprinkles if desired.
Refrigerate for at least an hour.
Remove from mold and slice in small pieces.
